🌴 ABOUT THE VILLA
Maceri Villa Bali is a beautiful short-term rental in the outskirt of Seminyak, on the border between Seminyak, Batu Belig and Canggu areas in Bali. About 10 mins drive to Seminyak Beach and 5 mins drive to Petitenget and also Batu Belig Beach, Berawa Canggu. The local and international restaurants (lunch & dinner), the salon, local traditional market are within walking distance.

The villa features fun entertainment that has 55" TV (smart TV connected) which overlooks the pool, a cozy tastefully designed living and dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen.

Maceri Villa Bali is absolutely family-zen, featuring barbecue facilities and is located in a safe area surrounded by local Balinese and a few expatriates neighborhood. The villa is very much self-contained and perfect for an intimate holiday, hosting small dinners or even an intimate private pool barbecue. It can host up to 6 adults. The Swimming pool is 7m x 3m. The pool deck is full of sun, perfect for sun tanning.

► Bedroom and Bathroom Areas: Enclosed and air-conditioned bedrooms and ensuite semi-open bathroom, well protected to make sure the comfort of your privacy. The master bedroom has TV, study table, air-conditioned & private bathtub & shower.
Meanwhile, each of the other bedrooms, the second and the third bedroom has TV, study table, air-conditioned & private showers.

► Living & Dining Areas: The open living area can sit up to 10 persons and dining has seating of up to 7 persons.

► Dining:

1. SIMPLE BREAKFAST
Our staff can help you to prepare a very simple breakfast at your own cost (home-style breakfast) such as: nasi goreng, mie goreng and simple western breakfast.

How does it work? In the morning, please would you give the money to the staff to buy the groceries and they will prepare the simple breakfast (home-style). The staff will give you the receipt later.

Or it would be much better if you have bought the groceries by yourself and ask the staff to help cooking for you.

Professional Private Chef (extra cost) is experienced in Western, Chinese, Asian, Vegetarian, Gluten Free, children's dishes, etc. Special requests can be accommodated (including special diets). All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance. Please contact us for the chef numbers so you can arrange the menu, the price and the style as you wish with our experienced chef directly.

As information, this is the favorite guests do.

► Kitchen (fully equipped): Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, oven, mixer, stove, electric kettle, kitchenware, dinnerware.

► Entertainment: 55 inch Flat-screen Smart TV overlooking the pool in the living area. Television with HDMI, USB input. Each bedroom has a 32 inch TV.

► Other facilities: Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, bed linens, toilet paper. Anything isn’t mentioned above isn’t provided.

TRANSPORTATION
Pick-up Airport price is IDR250k per car (before 21:00 pick-up).
IDR300k per car for pick up between 21:00 - 03:00 (midnight time).

The car is Toyota Avanza (similar), enough up to 5 guests + cabin luggage.
The pick-up price is only for pick-up from the airport to the villa direct.
Do not include the adding charge if you go somewhere else (restaurants, shopping malls, etc) before doing the check-in at the villa.

NOTE:
The check-in between 21:00 - 03:00 (midnight time) is obliged to use our driver services because he is the person (might be not me) who will open the villa door for you.

- Drop off (villa to the airport) IDR 200k per car (Toyota Avanza/similar).
- Pick-up from your previous hotel/villa/house (surcharge).
- Motorbike/scooter rental IDR 70k-80k/day/scooter (100cc - 125cc).

- Tours/excursions (the price is +/- IDR 600k/car includes a car, driver and gasoline - negotiable depending on how many places you visit, how long, how far, etc).
- Provide also drop-off/pick-up services around Bali by our driver with a family car with enough up to 6-7 persons inside (surcharge).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

We provide a home-style private villa. Our staffs are very nice people. They will come to clean the villa (pool & house) at a certain hour. Please would you take good care of our home as your own home.

“This is southeast Asia, Bali - Indonesia”. Even though, we treat pest control in our home. The garden will have mosquitos (very rare) and sometimes small lizards (very rare also)! But yes they exist on the whole island of Bali. I don't like them and you won't like them either! But this is a “tropical country” issue and not a cleanliness one! We clean and sanitize after each guest!
