This is a fairly quiet housing area suitable for group of guest. We are located a short distance from Sunshine Farlim hyper market and nice F&B outlets. It's also close to many tourist spots like the Kek Lok Si Temple, Penang Hill and Balik Pulau, Botanic Garden, and central to many other places of interest. There is also a night market every Wednesday not too far away. Guests can always drop by to take a leisure walk while indulging in some of Penang's street food.


The space

Our home is an end lot unit. It has all simple amenities, pantry with water dispenser, a dining area, and a fridge for all our guests to use, but bare in mine, we do not allow durians or mangosteens in this premise at anytime.
Extra floor mattress is available with minimum charges.

Guest access

Guests have access to our pantry and wet kitchen. 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor, and 1 bedroom on the ground floor.

Interaction with guests

We will be available during your stay if there is a need or request during office hours.

Suitable for event organizing, Wedding house and etc.
