The guests responsibilities and duties are to:
-no party
-no smoking inside house
- leaving the property in same condition as upon arrival.
-comply with the number of persons according to what is agreed in a (URL HIDDEN)
-Notify as soon as possible the host if any problems on the property.
-For any damages or changes in the property and pay for this if the tenants are responsible of this.
-Make sure to no use excessive amount of electricity and water !
It s mean turn of air conditioner ,fans ,lights when the guests is not in property.
We will charged for excessive consumption of electricity.( more than 40 units per day)
-The host is not responsable for any personal damages,accident etc...of the tenant or any guests of the tenant in rental period.
-we take 2000 baht deposit .we will give back to the tenant when the guests check-out.
-The host advices the tenant to have adequate travel and medical insurance to cover any circumstances that may occur
