This unit is the most spacious (two bedrooms) yet has the lowest price at Pico de Loro!
Our lovely unit is located at Jacana Bldg. B near both the Country and Pico Beach. (5 to 10mins walk, but there is free shuttle around the club)

Bedroom 1: The master's bedroom has its own toilet + bath and an access to the terrace. (With AC)

- A damage security deposit of Php 1,000 is collected upon check-in, which is refundable if no damage/loss in the unit before check out.

Smoking:
Smoking is allowed in the terrace/balcony ONLY. There are smoke detectors inside the unit and once you are caught smoking inside or smoke is smelled, Php 500 deposit will be forfeited. Please be considerate to the next guests.
