Minimalist apartment with Grand Canal view.
If you don't see Gondolas floating by within 15 minutes of your arrival we'll give you the money back (joking! Anyway, I promise that gondolas pass all the time).
3 minutes (220 meters) from Rialto Bridge.

THE SPACE
The apartment was renovated in 2015 and it's in great conditions.
There's one bedroom, a twin sofa bed in the living and a large bathroom.
The kitchen is very modern and well equipped.

INTERACTION WITH GUEST
We are at your full disposal but don't live in the building and won't come to disturb you unless you ask for help.
I don't live in Venice but I know Venice well and you can call me anytime for suggestions!

The whole apartment.

KITCHEN
Very modern kitchen with induction burners (no gas) and led lights. Fully equipped.

BATHROOMS
Large bathroom with large shower. There's one window.

BEDROOMS
Comfortable high-end bed and great view on the Canal Grande.

INTERNET
Free Adsl Wifi with router in the apartment.

AIR CONDITION
Two units: one in the bedroom and one in the living room.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Floor: 3rd and half

Below the apartment there's a beautiful public court (campo) where people come to look at the Canal and the Rialto bridge.
In summer they seat on the pier and chat. You can do the same and enjoy Venice street life!
Note that (especially with the windows open) you will hear them and if you are a light sleeper, go to sleep early or wake up really late, it may bother you.
