I like to bring up guests on my own if possible. But, If I am not free, I will leave the key with the reception and there is a manager named Tum. She will take care of you on site, help you with direction and recommend places or even book a tour or taxi service for you.

Late check in after 6PM is not a problem at all, the key will be given to the security guard at the gate. Just come to him/her and show him the booking name.
