A 1 bedroom condominium unit good for 4 person. Unit is located inside Tower 1 which is near the gate and swimming pool. It has minimalist design which is good for family or friends travelling. The unis itself is spacious with a nice city view.

We offer free wifi, hot shower, fridge,electric pot and microwave oven. Basic kitchen utensils are also provided.

Check in time is after 2pm till 11pm. Check out is strictly 12nn or there will be an additional charge of 100 pesos per hour for late check out.
Monthly and weekly rental discounts are available.

There is no free parking in the premise but there is a paid parking located in the Trees Strip. Rates are 30 pesos for first 2 hours and 10 pesos for suceeding hour.

I will provide towels and basic toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo and toothpaste.Stove and rice cooker are provided for long term stay.
