This is a 27 sq.m. studio condo unit on the 37th floor of Breeze Residences.

Our space is ideal for 1 person or couple, but if group of 3 do not mind squeezing a bit for a cheaper deal, this is it! The sofa size is equivalent to a single bed (39" wide)

— Only light cooking may be done for short-term guests staying for less than 5 days — exemptions are made for longer staying guests, with a minimal cooking fee for the added power cost of the induction cooker. :)

POOLS A & B

Pools are currently open to both residents and guests. Advanced sign up and payment can be made directly with the administration office located on the 2nd floor from 9am to 5pm from mondays to fridays, except holiday. Office is open only until 1pm on Saturdays. Please be sure to sign up in advance.

Pools may be closed due inclement weather, repairs, and regular cleaning.

Pool fee is 150 per person per day (non holidays)
Pool fee becomes 300 per person per day on Philippine holidays. 1 day advance registration is required.
