The space

The apartment is superbly well organized 30 sqm. studio, located on the 29th floor with an amazing view of the city. The apartment includes and living and sleeping area, kitchen (with kitchen appliances such as, pots and pan,microwave, toaster, water heater, french press and much more) and then there is the roomy bathroom with powerful shower. There is also a small balcony with where you will find a washing machine. The bed is queen size, with a night table on one side and a nice little sofabed and coffee table. There is a private internet router, so the wifi is fast and stable. Nice flat screen TV is opposite the bed with a USB plug, so guest can play their own shows or movies id they have small USB with.

Included is access to swimming pool and gym on the 5th floor. Washing machine is on the balcony and the dryer on the ground floor. There is also a 7/11 shop on the premises along with coffee house ( Coffee HAVANA) and they make real good latte, salad and sandwiches.
