The space

The apartment is a large (97 SqM) 2 bedroom apartment on the 5th floor in a very nice condo. Its open, bright, well furnished and can accommodate up to 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms (both with King size beds) and 2 bathrooms. Then we have a sofa bed in the living room which can be converted to a queen-sized bed. The kitchen is on the immediate right as you enter the apartment and with all the major utensils and cooking stuffs, induction stove, large oven, healthy juicer and a coffee press.

There is a dining table for 6 people and next to the L-shaped sleeping sofa, coffee table and a Plasma/smart TV. There are large closet areas on one side of the wall, so there is plenty space for storage.

There is a hallway leading from the living area to both the bedrooms and bathrooms, and at the end is the master bedroom (a bit bigger in size).

Guest access

The top floor og the building has a recreational area. With pool, gym and a ping pong table. All guests can access it. Its open from 6.00 am to 10.00 pm And the view is to kill for.

Other things to note

No smoking in the apartment or on the balcony. Its condo rules and there is a 2000 baht fine. There is however a smoking area is at downstairs.
