The second floor area includes 3 bedrooms: one bedroom is ideal for couples with aircondition, while the smaller bedrooms includes double deck bed with electric fan. Maximum number of guests allowed will be six + 2 extra guest, additional payment of Php 250/night/guest.

Guest Access

The guest will have the entire house for themselves. There is also basketball court and swimming pool walking distance from the house.

interaction with guests

Since we don't live around this property, a proper communication with me is a must. When the guest will check out it is a must that he/she will inform us what time he/she leave so we can get the key personally & we can check the house before the guest leaves. When a guest books with us we will also communicate for a proper turnover of the property & things they might need or information.
