Since we run many awesome villas and mansions Ubud and have often last minute amazing Suites and Lofts available, this is your chance to have a great deal at a luxury estate for just a fraction of the real price!

Where's the catch? For real, there is not really one.
The only thing you have to be OK with, is, to potentially move to another room during your stay (chances are very low for short term stayers).

LOCATION
Your hideaway is located in a walking distance to Pejeng, one of the oldest towns on Bali, former capital of the regency and the hometown of the Royal family. View of the major cultural sites are just 2km away as the Goa Gajah and Bulan Madu. You can reach the Royal Palace or the center of Ubud in 5 minutes (3 km) with our free driver service!

1. Please, kindly show the correct number of coming guests. In case it's extra person or you need an extra bed- it's possible to arrange and it will be charged extra. Please inform us about it preferably in advance so to save your time.

2. At our estate we have over 20 people working every day to make your stay a remarkable experience: they prepare fresh breakfast(for 3-5 usd per person), cleaning your suite or private villa, taking care of the garden&pool or offering you free driver service. In the night our security guard is present so you can have a better sleep in our 0% crime area.

3. Check in window is 14:00-22:00. There is no check in after 22:00. Please, write us or call us in case you have to come later, so we could arrange something. Check out by 12:00(noon)
4. Free drinking water is available at the restaurant area. We take care about nature therefore try to avoid platic bottles. You can come with your bottle or cup and refill it.
