Perfect for a couple or small (up to three people) family or group of friends, our loft-style designer villa features its own private swimming pool and beautiful views of the tropical foliage and rice fields of the surrounding area.
The art-filled studio unit features a queen-sized bed, huge bathroom, living area filled with cozy couches for TV watching, and a dining table, all of which are air-conditioned and look out at the pool.
The villa is air-conditioned and includes daily housekeeping, 24-hour security guard, breakfast( for 3-5 usd per person), Wifi, and a free shuttle to the Ubud area from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Guests also have access to the larger estate, including the large pool, large fish pond with lilies, and 150-square-meter-long yoga shala.
We are happy to provide a personal assistant and activity manager, city maps and the best insider tips for Ubud and Bali. We can also help you arrange cooking classes and private chef cooking service (20 USD for lunch and dinner) or a professional babysitter (12 USD for half day).

ON THE PLOT
On the plot there is a shared fully equipped for cooking kitchen with all cutlery and utensils, stove and etc. And you would be able to practice yoga or any of your physical and spiritual practices using our shared 150 sq m yoga shala on the roof of the complex.

Your hideaway is located in a walking distance to Pejeng, one of the oldest towns on Bali, former capital of the regency and the hometown of the Royal family. View of the major cultural sites are just 2km away as the Goa Gajah and Bulan Madu. You can reach the Royal Palace or the center of Ubud in 5 minutes (3 km) with our free driver service!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

1. Please, kindly show the correct number of coming guests. In case it's extra person or you need an extra bed- it's possible to arrange and it will be charged extra. Please inform us about it preferably in advance so to save your time.

2. At our estate we have over 20 people working every day to make your stay a remarkable experience: they prepare fresh breakfast(for 3-5 usd per person), cleaning your suite or private villa, taking care of the garden&pool or offering you free driver service. In the night our security guard is present so you can have a better sleep in our 0% crime area.

3. Please handle ALL people AND things with respect, this will make the live easier for everyone and this planet a better place!
