Our manor is a very spacious holiday place with a large lounge, 7 roomy bedrooms with independent/shared bathrooms and rooms overlooking Rotorua city and beyond from Mt Negongotaha. Our lovely house is beautifully decorated and fully self-contained with everything for your comfort.
Your private room is cozy, relax and comfortable, wonderful outlook of the garden from the luge landing door. It includes a super king size bed, a desk, a dresser, a sofa, smart TV, an independent bathroom with spa bath and an independent cloakroom.
We have cute alpacas,sheep, chicken and fish in the property which more fun there.
We offer heating, clean linens, bath towel, tissue, shampoo, shower gel, hand washing, hair dryer and etc. Hot water is available for 24 hours.
You will share the kitchen, dinning room and living room with hosts and other guests.
