Live like a local at our place, which is a newly built (February 2018) cozy home that is tropical-minimalist designed with Japanese-style architecture. We are located in a non-touristy residential village that is close to a main pier, many islands (Phi Phi, Racha, Naka Island etc.), and famous local and seafood restaurants. You will have the ideal mix of picturesque beach side and local living. The unique interior creates a very relaxing atmosphere. Our house has two stories, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one toilet, two free parking spaces, and "Private Saltwater swimming pool". Our house can accommodate up to 8 people and the whole house is yours! On the 1st floor, the cozy living room has facing to the swimming pool and garden . Also, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a toilet. The air-conditioned living room with its high ceiling feels both cozy and spacious. There is a TV, a comfortable sofa, numerous brochures and information, and international books. On the 2nd floor, the 1st bedroom has a king-sized bed (180 x 200 cm) with fresh linen, a wooden wardrobe, comfortable sofa, and mat, plus a private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed (160 x 200) and shared bathroom with the 3rd bedroom, which has a twin single bed (110 x 220). The living area and all bedrooms are air-conditioned.
