Thank you for choosing our place, here are some reminders for your convenience:

I. CHECK-IN

- Location: Unit 5E, Tower 1 (Grand Quartier 1) Check in time: 3:00pm (we allow early check-in as soon as the unit is ready)

- Authorization Letter. Bring a printed copy or photo/screenshot of the Authorization letter sent through email

- Wear your Personal Protective Equipment (PPE’s) at all times. Wearing of personal protective equipment such as face masks for all the guests are required and mandatory. Non compliance will be prohibited to enter the area.

II. NO VISITORS ALLOWED. Only registered guests are allowed to enter the property, strictly no visitors for short-term lease/ overnight staycation.

III. NO PETS ALLOWED.

IV. NO SMOKING POLICY

- Strictly No Smoking. Penalty shall be applied for violators.

V. PARKING FEE - Php1,000 per car payable directly to the admin or guards on duty.

- Parking along the roadside only.

VI. BREAKFAST

- No breakfast included.

VII. COOKING

- Minimal Cooking only, avoid smelly foods particularly dried fish, squid etc,

- Be attentive when cooking; make sure that the exhaust is working properly. Penalties that will be incurred due to negligence will be charged to the guest.

VIII. CHECK OUT

- Check out time is STRICTLY on or before 12nn.

- Requests for early or late check out must be coordinated ahead of time, with charges. (Subject to availability)

- Kindly return all the items particularly the kitchen utensils, slippers & others to their proper places to avoid inconvenience or delay during your check out.

- Kindly turn off the APPLIANCES, AIRCONS and LIGHTS upon checking out.

Please don't forget to bring the following:

1. Drinking Water
2. Food and Drinks
3. Extra Bath Towels, if needed - we provide 6pcs Bath Towels
4. Bring your own toiletries (Shampoo, Soaps, etc.). Our complimentary guest kit is for single use only.

Our unit staff - Mark will be there to assist you upon check in and check out ONLY.
