Private house with 6 real beds, 1 sofa bed and 2 additional floor mattresses in 3 separated big bedrooms, at a friendly and authentic residential area. Group of up to 16 people can sleep. The house has a traditional Tea room and a Cinema room so large group can enjoy anytime. Though it was an old house, it was renovated in summer 2017 so everything is clean and new.

Only 5 minutes walk to JR Otsuka station and 7 minutes walk to subway Shin-Otsuka which connect to Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Odaiba, Imperial Palace, Ginza, Tokyo Tower and other famous places by DIRECT train. From either Narita Airport or Haneda Airport ONLY REQUIRES ONE TRANSFER by train.

We live nearby so you never have to worry as we are always there to help you when you need.
The neighbourhood is extremely safe all hours. There are many families living around.
