Up to two floor mattresses with linens can be provided upon request. The living area has a smart TV, ABS-CBN TV Plus box, an L-shaped sofa, and a four-seater dining table. The bathroom has a water heater, a hair dryer, and some toiletries. The kitchen has a medium-sized fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, and rice cooker. A small electric stove, pot, pan, and other cooking utensils can be provided upon request. Only light cooking is allowed in the unit. Dishes, glassware, mugs, flatware, disposable plates, cups, and other utensils are available in the cupboard. The unit has NO AIRCONDiTIONING, but the air is usually cool. Two electric fans are available in the unit.
