Cross country ski trails, the Wagrain Water World Swimming Pools and the Grafenberg Ski Region are all within 500 metres. The property has a ski storage room and offers free on-site parking. A ski bus stops directly in front of the house. During summer, free access to the Wagrain Water World is provided every day. In winter, the Water World Swimming Pools can be accessed free of charge 3 hours a day.
