Pls check carefully the pictures before booking to save the troubles. Our apartment is on the 3rd floor of a French style villa. In order to get in, you have to go inside a small lane. There is a food canteen on the ground floor which you will have to pass through. The thing is this store they use the public entrance to do their stuff (inc washing dishes... - a very normal scene in Hanoi streetfood world). This cause the entrance to be wet constantly and kind of ugly looking. But if you dont mind the scene, just ignore, or admire it mayb (this is super normal and popular in Vietnam but mayb a strange thing in your country), our apartment is just one step to a different world. Pls pls check carefully the pictures, you will either hate it or love it . We dont want to be told that we deceive anyone. :((

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an 100 year old French villa in centre Hanoi. It is about 40sqm includes a big bed room with 1 queenside bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 spacious kitchen and dining room, 1 bathroom. Facilities are new and enough for either short-time staying or long-term renting.The apartment is one of 4 apartments of Unihome villa. It has been refurbished in July 2018 and decorated in Scandinavia style with lots of green trees and natural lights.

The atmosphere is cozy, cleaned, modern yet vintage and eco-friendly. There are many trees in the house and in your room, you can enjoy water trees with the provided spray bottle. All is to provide our guests with a comfortable and safe, convenient stay. Whether it is short or long day staying, you can feel as if you are at home. ...

The kitchen and dining room has a large window viewing to Ly Thuong Kiet street. You can use the curtain to keep sunlight affect your morning sleep.
