The apartment is air-conditioned. A comfy living area with sofa and 55 inch smart TV with Netflix & IPTV (over 7000 movies & cartoon to watch) to keep our guests entertained. A big table suitable for dining, as well as a good workplace.

A comfortable king size bed and open wardrobe. Extra high quality queen size air mattress can be arranged for additional guests. Towel & linen are also provided.

Basic kitchen essentials such as electric cooker, electric kettle, coffee & tea maker, microwave oven, fridge, pots, pans and tablewares are provided. Light cooking is allowed in the apartment. There is also a branded 3M water purifier/ filtered drinking water. There is also ILLY espresso coffee machine for coffee lovers to make their own coffee. There are complimentary coffee and tea.

High speed internet is provided, and ideal for internet calls, web surfing and IPTV. There is washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Hair dryer is also provided. There are in-built international sockets in the living room, bedroom and bathroom.

There is free guarded parking in the building with 24hr security. Parking card is available upon request.
