2) Tidak diperkenankan untuk kegiatan yg mengganggu tetangga dan lingkungan Villa.
3) Tidak diperkenankan untuk membuat acara dan pesta di villa.
4) Tidak diperkenankan untuk merubah dekorasi dan layout barang barang di villa, serta menempel dekorasi di tembok dan kaca villa.
5) Kapasitas villa 16 orang. Tamu yg diizinkan masuk maksimal 20 orang
6) Dilarang membawa senjata dan obat obatan terlarang di villa.
7) Dilarang Melakukan tindakan asusila dan mabuk mabukan di Lingkungan Villa.
8) Pelanggaran peraturan Villa akan berakibat pengusiran dari villa tanpa syarat.
9) Segala pelanggaran Hukum akan ditindak sesuai aturan yg berlaku.
10) No Cancelation dan Rescheduled jadwal villa sudah fix.
