Powered with ''green'', solar energy, it can accommodate up to 8 people (there are 3 queen beds in the bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, which turns into a double bed)

Within its one acre garden there are roses, orange and lemon trees, whereas a BBQ - Grill is conveniently placed at the backyard. A modern, spacious swimming pool with a beautiful sunbathing area has recently been built (May 2018).
