HOUSE RULES
No Partying allowed. We do not allow parties for it may cause nuisance to other homeowners in the building.
Check in time is 2:00PM onwards (14:00).
Pay parking available upon requesting from the host. Parking fee of 350/night
Guests of all ages are welcome. Only Infant age until 2 year(s) can use existing bed.
Extra guests more than 2 will have to pay extra charge upon arrival. Kindly confirm the number of guests to the property manager.
Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when you are not using them.
Lock the door and close the windows when leaving the property.
Be careful when using cooking appliances, heaters, or other fire hazards.
Additional charges may apply for any loss or damages.
Trash could be taken out at the BASEMENT 1. Kindly was your dishes.
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT. Smoking is now prohibited in public areas as government rules and regulations but you can smoke at the private balcony that we have.
