From my place, you can walk to some cool non-touristy parts of the city easily. The location is also rather strategic and convenient to other tourism hotspots/ landmarks of the city (i.e. Times City Mega Mall; AEON Mall Long Bien which include super market, entertainment center and playground, swimming pool & spa, lounge, banks, ATM, restaurants, café, shops, bars, etc.)
