My apt. is a 6 min walking distance to Nishi-Shinjuku Sta. from which it is 12 min to Ikebukuro, 13 min to Shibuya, 18 min to Ginza. It is less than 12 minutes walk to Kabukicho, the place never sleep, where you have so much fun that forgot about time, you can be back on foot. Even Shinjuku is a busy area, my apt. is in a calm & convenient neighbor. If you walk 2 min, there is a supermarket and many nice Ramen stores, bars, cafes. I guarantee you will be definitely satisfied with my apt.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM.
Check-out: Before 11:00 AM.

Q: Is it possible to check-in early? or late check-out?
A: Check in is from 15:00pm. Check out is before 11:00am.
Because I must clean up the room from 11:00am-15:00pm.
Also the luggage cannot be left in the apartment before check-in / after check-out.
You can leave the baggage in a coin-locker in the stations such as Shinjuku Sta. & Tokyo Sta. & Ikebukuro Sta.

Q: How do I get to the apartment?
A:After the reservation is confirmed, I will send you the ACCESS GUIDE.pdf which is so clear and easy to get my apartment. It can help you from Narita or Haneda Airport or Tokyo Station smoothly.

Q: How do I check-in and check-out?
A: I provide you a self check-in and a self check-out. After the reservation is confirmed I will send you the HOUSE MANUAL.pdf and let you know how to get the key.
