Nestled in the supreme location between the limpid "Shimanto River" and deep green forests, you will find Shimanto Riverside Hideaway which is a secluded classic Japanese house with peaceful garden.
A short walk to "Takase Chinkabashi" : a submersible bridge with stunning views.

As a guest you will have three bedrooms available ; one is very Japanese-style room with “Futons" which are mattresses and duvets used for sleeping on "Tatami" mats, another one is a twin-room with two comfortable beds on "Tatami" mats in our main house, the other is also twin-room set up two comfy beds in a designed cabin.
High quality "Imabari Towels" are provided.
Unlimited free WiFi is available.
Guests are welcome to use the kitchen & dining table, the living room, and a Japanese garden.
-The kitchen contains a sink, gas stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, mixer, cooking tools, cutlery, and crockery. Also seasonings, tea, and coffee are provided.
-Mountainbikes and Surf boards are available for guests to use.
Please note that we do not have any dinner places nearby. We are happy to recommend some nice restaurants in the centre of Shimanto : 20 mins drive distance. Also, we would recommend using an excellent catering service which you can enjoy fresh sashimi, tasty bonito, and another local specialities with Japanese sake.
