1. Our house is admitted and authorized by the Korean government. Therefore, safety and clean is guaranteed.

2. It is a good place for families to stay together. It is a large-sized house with all the necessary facilities for long or short living.

3. Universities such as Kwangwoon, Kyunghee, Korea, Foreign Language Univ, KIST, and Seoul Science and Tech Univ are close.

(Safe and Clean)
As a "Korean Accommodation Service house for Foreigner", my house is certified by the Korean government. We guarantee your Safety and Cleanliness.
My house has renewed on March 2018.
We clean all bedding with clean detergent before check-in. In addition, clean the apartment directly. We are different from a hostel who gives money and cleans by another person or a cleaning company.

(Transportation)
* From Airport

From Incheon International Airport, it takes a 1 hour 30 minutes by Airport bus.
Since My house is very close to the Airport bus stop, it takes only 3 minutes by walking.
It is very convenient because there is no need for transfer.

* To tourist spot
You can easily get to the tourist area by city bus without transfer.
If you take the bus for about 30~40 minutes, you can go to Gyeongbokgung Palace, Insa-dong, North Village, Myeong-dong, etc)

(Purchase)
There is a supermarket next to my house. It take only 2 minutes by walking.

- We do not charge extra fees if children under 6 years old stay with their parents and we will provide amenity and blankets. But, Please note that we can not provide a separate extra bed for the children.

- My house has 3 rooms (Room1, Room2 & Room3), 2 bathroom, living room and kitchen. My house is much larger than the size you see in the photo.

- We do not share space with other guests. We provide appropriate room according to the number of guests.
