Our newly renovated Villa Nishka is part of The Niche, a small boutique villa development in the vibrant south of Phuket. It is only 2km from Naiharn beach, which is reputed as one of the finest beaches on the island.
The 2-bedroom, 185 sqm villa sits inside a beautiful tropical landscaped garden (420sqm) with its own private pool as its centerpiece. Surrounding the pool, a decked terrace is the ideal place to relax and take in the ambient surroundings. All the rooms open directly on the pool.
Villa Nishka is a large 2-bedroom boutique villa built in the modern Thai-Balinese style. The luxurious oriental antique furniture give a lot of character to the villa. It is the perfect place for care-free holidays for a family or a group of friends who like modern design and up-to-date facilities.
Both bedrooms, opening on each side of the living-room and with direct access to the swimming pool, have their own bathroom. One of the bathroom has a large bath tub.
The kitchen is fully equipped and very easy to use.
The neighbourhood is peaceful yet very close to Sai Yuan Road, the main street where you can find convenience stores, massage shops, bars and restaurants.
We have our own boats. Dorado is a large fishing & diving wooden yacht ideal for day trips or live-aboard expeditions. Dido is very comfortable 15m wooden yacht that is perfect for diving and exploring nearby islands. And Diamond is our luxury speedboat that can reach the most remote areas like Phang Nga Bay, Krabi and Phi Phi Islands.
