The unit is perfectly located at higher floor with fascinating harbour/city view. The unit is the ONLY & ONE luxury condominium that provide bathtub where you can enjoy the day you stay. 1000sq. ft 2 bedrooms suites which allow you to enjoy the stay.

The space
The 2bedrooms suites is about 90sqm which can accommodate up the 5-6 persons (perfect to max for 5 adults OR 4 adults + 2 kids).
1st Bed: King sized bed with white bedsheet cover & quilt
2nd Bed: Queen sized bed with white bedsheet cover & quilt
3rd Bed: Sofa Bed at Living Room (appx size 182cm L x 110cm W), suit for 1 adult OR 2 kids, one pillow and blanket will be prepared, we keep these at cabinet in the master bedroom, guests are required do-it-yourself if sofa bed is needed to open as a bed.

*We provide floor mattress upon request with extra cost applied, guest has to inform us prior your check-in, so our team shall get it ready before your stay. Last minutes request subject to availability.

2nd Bathroom is next to 2nd bathroom & living room
Each bathroom comes with basic shampoo, shower gel & toilet rolls.
Hairdryer is in the drawer of dressing table in master bedroom

The living space has a dining table
The kitchen has an induction cooker, basic cooking utensil, basic culinary, cups. We also provide a washing machine for longer stay guest. The unit is suitable for business stay / family stay.

Every guest is required to take of the shoes at doorstep to keep the unit clean.
