Austin Regency (Pangsapuri Austin Perdana) is near to the IKEA JB, AEON Tebrau City, Hospital Sultan Ismail at Mount Austin area. It is located on the main road of Taman Austin Perdana.

The three-bedroom (999 sq ft) apartment and its parking lot is on the 6th floor. This is a simple decoration house but comfortable to stay.The balcony and the window of bedrooms is facing to cool and nice pool view.

There are fully air-conditioner (4) in the house, the living room is spacious and bright, and the windows are equipped with blackout curtains to make the rest more comfortable.

The seventh to eighth guests will need an extra bed fee (floor mattress). This extra bed fee is calculated by agoda after you click on the corresponding number of people and will be charged by agoda.
