*Space is a generous as the house consists of 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom. There is only 2 guaranteed onsite covered parking lots provided. The compound has multiple visitor lots but their availability is not guaranteed.
*Please note that common spaces are monitored by CCTV for security reasons.
*You will be required to sign a lease agreement together with an intended use declaration before check in.
