The property is in a great central location to explore Bangor, Anglesey and the Snowdonia National Park, which are all minutes from the house.

The house is located just 5 minutes from the A55, via car, and within walking distance of the City center. It is also 10 minutes walking distance from the train station. Offering ease and simplicity when moving around the area.

The property has all that you would need to enjoy your stay in the area, it’s cosy, clean, private and quiet.

The property is a traditional local home with a modern twist, located in a quiet and peaceful area of Bangor. The house has two bedrooms, one with a lovely double bed and the other with bunk beds.

There is a lovely, large lounge/diner with a cosy sitting area with a 32" TV with Xbox 360 and Kinect, sofas and a large dining table to enjoy those home cooked meals. In the corner of the room, there is lovely little snug where you can enjoy a good book and look out the beautiful window.

There is a modern style kitchen with a fridge/freezer and an integrated electric cooker/hob.

Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower only. Unfortunately bath lovers a shower will have to do!

To the rear of the property, there is a small area with artificial grass which is all under roof, offering the option to sit outside in all weather. We do ask that no BBQ's are used.

A travel cot is available upon request. Please give us 48 hours notice if required.
