This huge, unique 3 bedroom luxury apartment is on the Esplanade close to Cairns city, hospital, airport, and buses; and comes with a custom made luxury pool table. It is unlike any other apartment in the resort. It is privately owned and on the ground floor of Rydges Resort, with a resort pool (one of three) a few steps from the private code-gated entrance.

Bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and top quality mattress, the master has a large 65" Smart TV and a huge 80" curved TV in the lounge area. There is on ensuite in master bedroom and another large, tiled bathroom for guests. All bathrobes, towels, and linen are 5-star hotel quality and the unit is professionally cleaned for each guest. Additional cleaning services for your stay can be arranged with your hostess.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a refrigerator with ice maker provision in the door. A coffee pod machine is provided and a few other staples for your convenience.

The lounge area has a large suite perfect for lazing in front of the huge TV. Free wifi. There is a selection of board games, puzzles, and books in the bookcase.

The Cairns Esplanade is the jewel in the Cairns crown. It is very popular with locals for walking, jogging, cycle pathway, exercise equipment at various locations along the length of grassy, well-maintained parkland. There is a concrete pathway along the beach and is a must for walking your dog (council doggy bags are provided on the beachfront near the volleyball court past the climbing tower across the road from the resort). A few minutes walk to gas barbecue areas, Muddy's Cafe (local fish and chips, burgers etc) and terrific water playground and jungle play area for kids.

The southern end of the Esplanade has many bars and restaurants to choose from, as well as a world-class casino with restaurants (and is adjacent to the main shopping area). Here you will find plenty of tour booking agents for a big range of reef, rainforest, tablelands tours scenic flights, fishing trips, balloon flights, and other special tours.

There are some fantastic restaurants in Lake Street, behind the resort, as well as in the resort's reception building. There is also a mini-mart two minutes walk away in Lake Street.

Further along, the southern end of the Esplanade is the Marina, from where local charter, fishing charters and daily tour vessels to the reef operate and in the river mouth is the Port for national and international cruise ships.

The Cairns International Airport is approximately 5 to 7 minutes drive.

There are bus stops along Lake Street behind the resort. Taxis and Uber are available. There are many rental car operators also.
