Salty Shack Lancelin is a Newly renovated one bedroom easy care lock and leave Unit perfect for your holiday stay. Complete with a brand new kitchen, bathroom/laundry combined and furnishings. The local bakery, Supermarket and Park with playground and skate ramps are a two minute walk away, and the beach (500m) and Tavern are a five minute walk.

This holiday retreat has one large bedroom with a queen bed, and a single/junior bed (170cm long) perfect for a child to sleep on. There is an additional bedding option in the living room which has a pull out sofa bed, for up to two people. Salty Shack Lancelin can accommodate up to two adults and three children or four adults and one child in the bedding configurations provided.

The living room has a mounted television with DVD player, a small dining table and chairs and a sofa bed. The coastal kitchen has a Island bench with three breakfast stools for those lazy morning brunches. The bathroom/laundry has a walk in shower with dual showerhead, toilet, sink, washing machine and ample cupboard storage.

This one bedroom shack feels like a little house all on its own with a large grassed area out the front, surrounded by native Australian trees and flora with ample parking for cars and boats in front of the property.
