Our unit is located near BGC, where you can take a nice stroll during the day and enjoy a nice drink at the bar at night.

Check-in Requirements
Guests must submit the following prior to arrival:
- Valid ID of each guest
- Vaccination card of each guest (must be fully-vaccinated, minors are not required to submit)
- Signed authorization form (required by Property Admin). We may ask your email address to forward the form as it is in PDF file.

**These requirements must be forwarded to admin prior to arrival. We must receive their approval/acknowledgement before guests can be allowed to check-in.

Swimming Pool
Additional fees apply and will be paid by guests to Admin office.
Only kiddie pool is accessible until Feb. 5, 2023 as the lap pool is currently under repair.

Airplanes
Since our place is near the airport, you may hear landing and take off sounds of airplanes. Some enjoys "plane-gazing" and see what type of plane is about to arrive or land.
