The apartment is just 2 -3 minutes walking distance away from KLCC (The Twin Towers – Suria Shopping Mall) and is also walkable to KLCC Convention Center, and many famous shopping malls such as Pavillion Shopping Mall, Lot 10, Starhill Gallery, Sungai Wang Plaza, Berjaya Times Square. It is also suitable for businessman as the unit is close to many world-class hotels and international banks. It is a perfect place regardless you are on a leisure or a business trip. My place located at Marc Residence which is a serviced apartment with good security as the access card is only accessible to designated floor only. It is a fully air-conditioned apartment with 900 sq which is ideal for a small family or a group of friends with 4-6 people. [BED] There are two (2) bedrooms in the apartment. There is a King size bed in the Master bedroom and a Queen size bed the other room and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. However the base price is for standard 4 people only, with RM 25 extra charge per pax per night after 4 people. Bedsheet will be changed every time the guest checkout for utmost hygiene. [BATHROOM] There is 2 bathroom in the apartment, one is attached to the Master Bedroom and the other one is at the common area. [KITCHEN] There is a small open kitchen in the apartment with microwave, stove, kitchen utensil and refrigerator which we allow for some simple meal cooking. Simple condiments is also provided. [TOILETRIES] Basic toiletries such as towel, hair shampoo and body shampoo is also provided. Please note that toothbrush and toothpaste is not provided. [OTHERS] Iron, hairdryer and baby high chair is also available in the unit. [WIFI] We provide highspeed Wifi with 100mbps suitable for business or leisure use.
