Lemon House is the perfect place to enjoy the pleasures of Rome, located in "Esquilino" an historical city district, it has been just renovated with all comforts you may need. Colosseum, Fori Imperiali, Domus Aurea, as well as San Giovanni and Santa Maria Maggiore Cathedral and the characteristic districts "Rione Monti" and "San Lorenzo" are easy to reach by walking or by public transport.

According to the city law the Tourist Tax (3,5 Euro per day/per guest) has to be paid cash at the arrival.

Lemon House is located at the second floor with elevator (elevator size: width 51cm deep 140cm) of a 1900 builidng. It is composed of:

1 double room with a private bathroom and a Smart TV, (bed size 160 x 200 cm).
1 two-bedroom suit with a flat screen, (beds size 80x190 cm) the two beds can be used as single, or as a double bed on request.
1 living room with a comfortable sofa bed.
1 shared bathroom.
1 fully equipped kitchen and a cozy terrace overlooking a private courtyard.

Children welcome:
The apartment is equipped (on request, 5 Euros per night) with one small bed (60x120cm), inflatable changing table, bed sheet, light blanket and pillow for baby.

Breakfast:
Lemon House has an account with the nearest cafè: show your voucher and get your breakfast.
Breakfast Voucher price: 2 Euros per person, not included in the reservation price.
Breakfast includes: 1 hot drink (caffè, cappuccino, latte macchiato...) and 1 brioche.
Breakfast is available 7/7 days except for a few days of public holidays when the Cafè is closed.

Parking:
Pay and display secure parking on the street (1 Euro per hour, 4 Euros 24H).
Private parking at "Autorimessa President" 25Euro per day, maximum car height 1.9 meters.

Late Check-out, if possible has a cost of 10 Euros per hour.
Late Check-in, has a cost of 20 Euros after 22:00.
