Our seaside condominium that is conveniently located near PD town is an ideal getaway for families. The private beach is right within the resort. With its convenient location, the property offers easy access to the city's must-see destinations.

With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite 1 shared), we can accommodate up to 10 guests. You would also love the private balcony to enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea. The beach resort is well equipped with an array of resort amenities including swimming pools, water sports, tennis court, pool and BBQ spot. With a built-up area of about 900sq ft, the condominium comes equipped with a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, living hall, dry kitchen, dining area and a balcony. It is also located on a higher floor that has a better seaview. Guests can relax and swim in the pool or beach that are at the footsteps of the resort. Water sports (jet ski, banana boat), tennis court, pool table, futsal court and BBQ pit are available for rent.
