Silverscape is a newly renovated modern style homestay located in a quiet neighbourhood of Bachang, Melaka. It is a cosy place to stay where guests can relax, mingle or chat. Silverscape Luxury Recident is located at prime location - 3 minutes to Melaka Sentral, Tesco Melaka, Aeon Jusco - 15 minutes to Jonker Walk & Melaka Town (Dataran Pahlawan & Mahkota Parade) -

It is a newly renovated and furnished Studio and 1 Bathroom serviced residences, located at the heart of Malacca. Our home comes with a spacious open concept TV area with a Sofa, dining and kitchen.

The balcony facing the Malacca Town is the best place to catch the sunrise and sunset or even fireworks during the local celebrations like Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Malaysian Independence Day, Deepavali, Christmas and New Year countdowns. There's a set of 2 outdoor furniture for you to sit, relax and enjoy the view.

The Studio is equipped with a Queen sized bed and a Single size bed, wardrobe, bathroom and a bathtub which also comes with the combination of Melaka Cityview and a little bit of Seaview.

We provide water heater, dining utensils, towels, soap, shampoo and hair dryer for you.

The unit is also equipped with an induction cooker, and a fridge.

**Covid-19 Pandemic Attention**
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Updated 24-10-2021

-Due to Covid19 pandemic and Malaysia currently at National Recovery Plan (Phase 4), all the Silverscape Residences facilities that located at LVL13 will temporary close down(Except Infinity Pool-Advance booking needed, 10 person is allowed for each session) and customer are not allowed to access to the facilities besides swimming pool until further notice due to the (Standard Operating Procedure) that set by Malaysia Health Ministry.

We are temporary not giving out a free car park service during October 2021, will resume on November 2021, to save on operation cost and low business on this tourism period, customer have to pay it by them self, you can park your car at Element car parking space, RM3.00 for weekdays and RM5.00 for weekends and the charges is base on per each time entry.

PROHIBITION

1. DURING THE NATIONAL RECOVERY PLAN (PHASE 4), THE FOLLOWING PERSONS SHALL BE PROHIBITED FROM CHECKING IN AT SILVERSCAPE RESIDENCES.

a. Person without 2 doses vaccination or have yet complete the 14 days interval period.
b. Person tested positive for Covid-19.
c. Person Under investigation (PUI) for Covid-19.
d. Person undergoing quarantine or self-isolation.
e. Person having fever, cough, flu-like symptoms or respiratory problems

2. Any activities that involve mass gathering(s) and physical contact/touch at the facilities.

PLEASE NOTE THAT:

-Guest must follow the step for prevention of Covid-19 as per below:

a. All visitors must provide names, NRIC / passport no. and screenshot of all guest MySejahtera Digital Certificate to prove that all visitors/guest is fully vaccinated and complete the 14 days interval period. (Host will collect from you upon booking is confirmed, and will send all the detail to Silverscape Residences Management office for the use of security check in at the lobby.
b. Must wear musk in public or when not in the house.
c. Social distancing (at least 1 meter).
d. Wash hand frequently.
e. All visitor must fill in the registration / declaration form upon requested by the Silverscape Security Guard.
f. Stay inside the unit only unless for essentials needs / out for sightseeing.

Long stay is applicable, the longer you stay the more discount you get.
