The apartment is located in the lower ground floor of the residential building hidden from the tourist crowds. Freshly painted walls make the place even more tidy. The trees right outside the window keep the pleasant chill in summertime. There is a beautiful courtyard patio on the residential territory where you are welcomed to relax. The place has a spacious living room and a kitchen combined, one bedroom and a bathroom.

A bright kitchen is fully-equipped with modern electric appliances: glass ceramic hob, wall mounted extractor hood, kettle and dishwasher. A coffee maker and a toaster will make a great pair for your breakfast. We provide you with all cookware and cutlery that you may need to prepare a meal and enjoy it with your mates at the dining table inside or in the authentic courtyard!

In the living room there are two new sofa beds that both expand into double beds. There is also a work desk in the apartment in case you are on a business trip. You have free WiFi connection (50Mb/s) at your disposal non-stop!

The cozy bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps and a large mirrored wardrobe where you will find an iron along with ironing board.

The bathroom has a bathtub that can be used as a shower as well, a bidet, a sink with a mirror cabinet above, a washing machine and a towel dryer. You are provided with fine towels along with free toiletries and hair dryer for your best comfort! Additionally, the bathroom has a heated floor. We take cleanliness very seriously that is why our cleaning company uses only professional chemicals to disinfect the property.
