Because Chiang Mai airport is very near downtown, you will hear airplanes from almost any location in center of Chiang Mai.
No traffic noise. Very quiet. In the morning there will be some noise from chickens.

Car or scooter is recommended.
Situated almost 2km to main road where you will be able to get public transportation. Road here are concrete and safe to walk.

Price is excluding electricity usage at THB 6 per unit. If you turn on air conditioner only when you sleep at night, it should cost around THB 300 per day.

House key deposit of THB 3000 must be paid in cash. You will get this money back when you check out. You can pay equivalent amount in other currency, such as USD/EUR 100 or RMB 600.

Linen and towels are changed every 7 days. We will also come and clean the house every 7 days.
