It’s a 400 sqm 3-storey villa on a very quiet street by the river. The villa is designed in morden style with all expensive furniture. All rooms have a giant window to welcome natural air and light. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, one living room, dining-kitchen area, a court yard and the terrace. A/C are equipped in all rooms.
1/ Ground floor: Court yard – Living room- Dining and kitchen area – Bedroom
•The court year: A wide court yard with free bicycles if you want to take a ride around the city.
• Living room: Comfortable sofa and 60 inches curve TV, perfect for at-home entertainment.
• Dining area: We prepare high-class tablewares for you to prepare a full meal for your friends or family.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, rice cooker and all other cooking utensils by famous brand (mostly Hafele). We prepare some basic spices in the kitchen for you.
•A bedroom is available if you go with big big group more than 8 pax or your housemaid goes with your whole family.
2/ Second floor: Two separate bedroom and a Tea room
•Bedrooms: All bedrooms have a king-size bed or a queen-size bed. The mattresses and bed linens are natural-material and top-quality types. We always clean the lines before your arrival BY WASHING THEM! We want to be sure you can have a comfortable sleep after a hard day exploring the city. Hair dryers, Iron, Ironing board, Hangers are equipped in each bedroom. Large wardrobes in all rooms.
- There is one bedroom with balcony.
- Bathroom: Each bedroom has a bathroom inside for your convenience. The bathroom has a large shower cabinet to keep it separated from the toilet area. Towels, shampoo, conditioner body gel, toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors and caps are always ready for you in the bathrooms. We prepare the high-quality products for you, just as we use at home.
• Tea room: There is a tea room where we prepare good quality tea for you.
3/ Third floor: Two seperated bedrooms – Washing area – Terrace
