Bayanihanflats Mactan located in Pajac Maribago road is just across the main road( Infront of Bf townhomes ,It is safe and very newly constructs Building. Upon your check-in, the unit is Already prepared, Clean, with fresh Bedsheets and Towels. Please understand that this is a privately owned condo, not a Hotel, no housekeeping to make up the room during the whole stay. If you wish a Room Cleaning service it can be Arranged with a Fee, Just let us know ahead of time. Lost keys will be charged Keep your important things secured.
Smoking strictly only in the balcony.
Guest with Longer stay booking can request extra bed linens, towels, shampoo and body wash for Free. Drinking-Water is Free. My Caretaker is not 24/7 in the building but can be disturbed anytime except during sleeping time. If you have some concerns or need help. Just send a Txt message or emailus.
