Luxurious two-story 300 sq. m villa with a breathtaking view, built in a private area according to the traditional Greek architecture. On the villa’s bottom floor there is a dinning room, a kitchen, a WC, an office, a living room with a fireplace and a pool. In addition, the studio apartment is located on the bottom floor as well. In the studio apartment you can find a double bed, a WC, a kitchen and a big veranda.
On the villa’s first floor there are three bedrooms each one of which has its own veranda. There are two bathrooms, one of which is used to serve the two bedrooms and the second one in located in the master bedroom. Apart from its own private bathroom the master bedroom has its own fireplace, indoor jacuzzi and a big veranda for sunbathing.

Outdoor Space
On the villa’s outdoor spaces you can fine a 120 sq. m the depth of which begins from 0,80 cm and escalates up to 1,80m and an outdoors jacuzzi. In addition there are an outdoors dinning room, kitchen, BBQ, Bar, traditional oven and a WC.
In addition, on the right side of the pool there is a garden with a variety of seasonal fruit and a seating room.
The main entrance of the villa opens and closes electronically (automatically).
The road to the villa is private.
