Ocean 27 is a 3-storey hillside villa located nearby Shamrock Beach in Batu Ferringhi. Our cool & comfortable villa is set in a peaceful & quiet location, just off the main road in Batu Ferringhi & only 5 minutes walk to sandy Shamrock Beach. It is a good place for business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The villa features 5-bedrooms, 5-bathrooms, living room and dining room with kitchen equipped. It offers free private parking and complimentary WiFi access.

Please key in the exact number of guest to get the final amount when you make the reservation because we will have extra charge RM30 per person per night after 12 guests. Due to (URL HIDDEN) system problem, you unable to set more than 16 guests , if you have more than 16 guests, please inform us , the extra charge RM30 / PAX / NIGHT will be collect from your side separately (Max up to 22pax).

Security Deposit RM300 will be collected before check in and return after check out before 5pm. No fully refund will be made if there is any damage to the unit, unexpected cleaning cost occurs or late checkout and etc ( Please refer to our house rules).

Ocean 27 is located at a scenic hilltop , with partial seaview from the master bedroom from the villa to the beautiful and shimmering blue sea at Batu Ferringhi, the famous beach area of Penang. Shamrock Beach is 5 minutes walk down the hill. It is a luxury villa for the most enjoyable and relaxing holidays in Penang.

This large villa is comfortably furnished, features a villa and is equipped to welcome up to 23 persons with beds.

You will enjoy living in a comfortable space.
The living room features with relaxing chairs with soft cover, plasma TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, tableware, electric kettle, stove, oven, microwave and fridge.
The dining area with the dining table and breakfast table are big enough to serve the family.
5-bathrooms come with toiletries (body & hair shampoo, hand wash, bath & hand towels and toilet paper). Please bring your own tooth brush and toothpaste.
