A grand bungalow built in 1930s with an adjoining two bedroom cottage which can be rented in its entirety or by individual rooms. It is located in the central upscale locality of Shivpura, very close to many tourist attractions including the mighty and beautiful Dal lake. The rooms are spacious and include heating and electric blankets for the guests. Cottage also has a fully functional kitchen which guests are most welcome to use if they want to stay in and cook a meal. It also has a big living room which is common to both the rooms and has ample comfortable seating with television for entertainment. We also have a big garden for all the health enthusiasts for a stroll, walk or yoga. We provide healthy home cooked breakfast every morning to start your long day for sightseeing and exploring Kashmir. We are very close to the Jhelum river which makes up for a great stroll.
