We are located in Damansara Perdana area, only 20-30 minutes drive to KL city centre. The condo is suitable for group or family traveller because of the ample space and privacy within the house with proper living and kitchen area.

There is a bus stop in front of the property and connects to the MRT Mutiara Damansara.

Nice size of balcony facing swimming pool, in fact it is just a level down to access the swimming pool. Make sure you check it out!

The listed price is up to 5 adults only(the 5th adult to be slept on couch/floor mattress).
We can accommodate up to 7 adults, the 6th & 7th adult to be charged RM35/pax/night (2 single mattress w/o bed will be provided) & to be collected during check in. If we find that more people are staying than the declared number of pax, we will charge a penalty of RM100/pax/night OR we have right to refuse check in without any refund/replacement.

Kindly be informed although we are charging a small cleaning fee, this is because we are committed to ensure that you will always get clean sheets/blanket/towel (be it only 1 night stay). As a traveler ourselves, we experienced some vacation homes did not clean the sheet etc and this was really frustrating.

The low cleaning fee is because we expect you will not leave our space in mess and dirty. Kindly ensure that you clean the dishes, dispose any leftover food and make sure all the rubbish goes into the provided bin (we only expect basic sweeping & mopping after check out).

The main entrance is monitored by CCTV, no CCTV in other area to respect your privacy.
