We collect incidental deposit of Php 3,000 upon check in, this deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if not utilized and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
-Smoking is not allowed in the entire building, there is a Php 3,000 penalty.

-Paid Parking nearby and in the premises is subject for availability and at your own risk

Dear Guests,
Complimentary free breakfast is only good for two. If you are a group of more than two and would wish to order, please inform us the night before. One breakfast set (good for one) will cost Php 100 pesos.
We only serve breakfast based on a menu prepared by our cook. We cannot accommodate food requests. We often serve typical Filipino foods.

Be reminded that pool use is
subject to additional charges:
150php per person per day (regular days)
300php per person per day (holidays)
Pool use are requested to our building admin. As such, we require you to submit your request a day before so we can process it ahead of time. Take note that our building admin do not work on holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. On Friday, we can only process it until 3:00 P.M. only. Make sure you inform us of your requests before the holidays and weekend. If you want to use the pool, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Note: Mondays are reserved for pool maintenance. Swimming cannot be scheduled throughout the day.
