At Laorenza Residences we have a fantastic fully serviced private & clean spacious 56sqm studio apartment available in a secure building 1.5km from the centre of Kalibo.

This apartment is ideal for singles, couples and groups in transit to Boracay and families or relatives on vacation. It is 56sqm so can accommodate groups of up to 8 guests.

The apartment is fully furnished and is composed of a queen sized bed and 2 bunk beds.

The apartment has a lounge area (which can accommodate additional guests), there is a dining area, a private bathroom with a hot shower, air conditioning, fans, Flat screen TV with cable channels, microwave, fridge and kettle for tea / coffee and free Wi-Fi.

There are large communal areas are provided and there is also a large native styled Nipa hut in the garden for guests to relax in. We have a BBQ outside for guests who feel like enjoying the evenings outside with a cool drink.

Guest have access to all communal areas as well as an on premises mini mart as well as a small café that provides room service as well as serving breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks.

A laundry service is also available at a small charge.

Building is in a quiet side street 350 meters from the main road into Kalibo and is decorated in a contemporary style.
